The Toby Harris Tax Consultancy provides Support and Problem Solving for Professional advisers; and services for private clients too.
Toby Harris qualified as a solicitor in 1971 and for nearly 30 years practised as such in provincial firms in England, specialising in tax and trust work from about 1985. For several years he acted as a taxation and trust consultant, establishing, in 1996, his own practice to offer a full range of tax consultancy to private individuals and other professionals and to act as a trustee for small charitable trusts and a range of family trusts.
He now practises, not as a solicitor, but as a Chartered Tax Adviser and Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner. He is assisted by Geoff Clark, a former Inland Revenue Tax Inspector, whose long experience in the field ensures that we comply with the stringent requirements of self-assessment, as applied to Trust and Estate taxation, and by Iris Wünschmann-Lyall, a solicitor with experience in banking and management consultancy. Iris specialises in estate planning, trusts, probate and tax related matters and is a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner.
